I was getting ready to turn over my closet for Spring and as I was sorting through everything I realized I have an abundance of striped shirts (plus I know I have 2 more coming in the mail this week, oops 🙂 ). I may have a slight addiction.
My mom likes to tease me that if a shirt or blouse is cream or has stripes, chances are I will love it. And its kind of true.
Really though, stripes are such a staple for spring and summer. Most of my striped shirts are just basic long sleeve or 3/4 length but they can be worn with SO much. Easily paired with jeans/shorts but can also be dressed up with a skirt or colored pants and a blazer.
Tomorrow (March 31st) J Crew is starting their own National Holiday, National Stripes Day. Clearly this is my kind of holiday.
So today I am sharing one of my go-to Spring outfits. For these chillier Spring days I know this will be my weekend uniform as I am running errands and doing things around the house.
Barbour Jacket: Tuckernuck | Striped Shirt: J Crew | Jeans: J Crew Factory | Boots: Hunter
Other Striped Tops I Love from J Crew/Factory: Ruffle Sleeve | Bell Sleeve | Off the Shoulder | Scoopback Tee
I’m the same way! So much stripes! But I love them!

I love stripes as well! I think they’re so easy to style and so classic. Can’t have enough!
