I wasn’t going to include the faux leather leggings in the Winter capsule wardrobe because I know they aren’t considered a basic or staple piece but after seeing how versatile they are I wanted to include them as a fun alternative. Whether dressed up or down they are such a fun piece to wear. So today as part of the Winter Capsule Wardrobe I am sharing 3 ways to style them.

A Preppy Look

My biggest debate when I ordered these leggings was if they were too edgy for me. I tend to have a pretty simple sense of style and didn’t know how much of my wardrobe they would go with. Once I got them I realized I could easily make them a bit preppier. A button down and sweater is probably the most common way I wear them.

Pair the leggings with a dressy blouse for a great (and comfortable) date night look. The leggings are great with flats, boots and heels.
