This marks the first motivational Monday post. Mondays are rough and sometimes we just need a little inspiration to help us get through the first day of the week. So each Monday a new quote will be posted with some insight and inspiration.

I chose this quote because in a world full of social media and blogs, it is so easy to feel like we need to compete with others and portray ourselves in an impressive way. But instead of trying to impress others we should focus on bettering ourselves!

This can be applied to every aspect of life- whether you are a working adult,  student, male, or female we can all benefit from making something of yourself for personal growth.
