“The more you praise and celebrate life, the more there is in life to celebrate.”
Do you ever have those weeks where you just feel like everything is boring, tedious, and tiresome? (aka, most weeks). We get stuck in a routine of our everyday tasks and jobs and feel like nothing is exciting or fun.
I am guilty of this.
When I read this quote I was in a particularly cranky and frustrated mood. But when I read it I thought to myself “this is why I created Living Taylored“. I don’t live an extravagant life filled with non-stop travel and excitement but that doesn’t mean that each day isn’t worth celebrating.
It is honestly the little day to day things which bring my joy that make life more exciting. Things like cooking with my husband, a phone call with my mom, seeing my family or in-laws, curling up with a good book.
It is easy to get caught up and frustrated by the mundane tasks that fill our day but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t little things worth celebrating too.
The more you celebrate the life you live and the opportunities you have, the happier you will be and that happiness will turn into more celebration and excitement. There are always reasons to celebrate, both big and small, you just have to take time to notice them.
