My one shopping mission in New York was to find a great purse and a black pair of heels. I did eventually find a black pair of heels but first, I found these darling gray Nine West Heels. Even Andrew knew as soon as he spotted them that there was no way I would be leaving New York without them.

Not only did I leave NYC with cute heels but I also found the type of purse I had in mind. After 2 trips to Bloomingdales I finally convinced myself to get this Kate Spade bag! I have used it almost every day since we got back. It goes with SO much and looks great with both casual and dressy outfits.

I also recently ordered this gray sweater from J Crew and knew it would be perfect with black jeans and these heels. I always want to wear heels and dress up in the winter but I often feel like I have a hard time dressing for the season. This warm wool sweater, gray heels and black coat definitely keep you cozy enough to venture out in cold weather!
