Before fall even began I started ordering sweaters, coats, and flannels in preparation for the season. I have a weakness for all things plaid and I was so thrilled to break out my flannels and new Barbour coat for a trip to the pumpkin patch this past weekend.

This jacket was great for the transitional weather. It started out cooler in the morning and then by that afternoon I was perfectly comfortable in just the flannel!

These flannels are so soft and comfortable! They are also perfect for chilly fall days! I have it in almost every color it comes in (and I’m convincing my mom and sisters to do the same)!

I was so excited to break out these great fall pieces and I am excited to put together more fun fall options for my upcoming trip to Connecticut!
