I don’t typically shared gift guides because I feel there are so many floating around this holiday season but I did want to share a few ideas for host gifts. This time of year there are so many dinners, events and gatherings and gift for the host are a thoughtful touch. Most of these ideas can be used throughout the year as well and aren’t specific to the holiday season.

Cocoa Set: This is a great option for nearly anyone, especially if you want a gift for the whole family. Fill a basket with cute mugs (or even festive paper cups), hot cocoa and add a few festive toppings. Williams Sonoma even makes a prepared hot cocoa crate as well.
Candles: Candles can be a lovely gift to bring but potentially risky if you don’t know the hosts scent preferences. I love this beautiful unscented set of votives. This is a beautiful scented option as is this one.
Games: A beautiful game or puzzle can be a great option as a host gift. This domino set or nice card set both make lovely gifts.
Coasters: I love these embroidered coasters. They are beautiful on their own but could also be monogrammed for a personal touch. Cocktail napkins would also make a lovely gift.
Stationery: A set of stationery or handmade cards are a lovely touch as a hostess gift.
Food: Depending on the type of gathering bringing a lovely packaged treat is a wonderful option. I love looking at JSH Home Essentials for ideas on how to beautifully package gifts. GoldBelly and Williams Sonoma are also great options for gifting food. I love this movie night crate as a host gift and there are several other fun options here too.
