Once they select a design, customers can change the color of each element on the card. With over 180 colors to choose from, the invite is sure to be exactly how they want it. This was my favorite part of creating our card. Rather than a few color palettes to choose from I could find just the right color to compliment our photos. There are also over 40 different colors of envelopes to choose from that all include a easy peel and seal closing.

Basic Invite also allows customers to order a printed sample of their personalized invitation before they place their final order. I was thrilled to order a few different samples to help me decide which card to choose (I won’t be sharing the card I decided on yet, keeping that a surprise for our friends and family just a tad longer ;)! )

I also opted to have our envelopes addressed this year, both return and recipient addresses. It saves so much time and looks way better than my chicken scratch. Plus as soon as they arrive I can add stamps and pop them in the mail. However, Basic Invite does offer a mailing service as well. If you choose to have them address your cards they can also send them out for you for just a tad more than the cost of stamps per card! This is a great option to help save time, but I prefer to have my physical cards that way I can have a few on hand and save a couple for our keepsake books as well.
