Blogging When You Have Nothing to Say

If you are a regular reader you may have noticed that I was a bit absent last week. For a while I was on a streak of getting a post up every week day and writing seemed easy.

As I am relatively new to the blogging world I started to think “this is easy, I can totally do this. Daily posting is simple” then BAM… Big. Brick. Wall.

Suddenly I have no thoughts, interests, opinions, or ideas.

I will be honest there are times when I question blogging. I started Living Taylored as creative outlet. I wanted something to fill my free time and focus on something other than my 8-5 and housework.

Words and post ideas may not always come easy but I don’t want to stop anytime soon. I want to create content that is real and open. I don’t want Living Taylored to feel staged or represent an unattainable lifestyle as many blogs can. I have a typical 40 hour work week, my husband is in med school and we live a fairly simple and modest life. I want to share that simple lifestyle with others.

I may not always find the words to say or ways to share a little insight, but I hope that when I do it will influence or inspire others to embrace a simple life and make the most of what they have.
