December Goals

toastNovember really flew by. I feel like we were just in Maine and now we are prepping for Christmas. It is so cliché to say but I can’t believe this year is already almost over! That being said, I am already thinking of a few goals and dreams for next year but before I get too far ahead of myself I have one more month of goals for this year to focus on.

In November I focused on taking care of my skin and improving my morning and nightly routines. I am so glad I made these a priority as I am already noticing a difference.

November Goals

  • Improve Morning/Nightly Routines: Updating and improving my morning and night time routine has been SO helpful. They make my days so much easier and I sleep better at night. After consistently sticking to this routine I feel so much better.
  • Update My Skincare Routine: I switched back to some products that I used over the summer and while I know it is going to take more than a few weeks to see results I am hoping to see an improvement soon. But I know that skin care isn’t just what you put on your face; its also about what you put in your body. It is a work in progress!

So now for this months goals…

December Goal

While I normally try to make my goals significant or personal this month I really want to focus on the season. Every year I end up feeling like the holiday season flew by and I didn’t really take the time to enjoy it. So this month I want my goal to be enjoying the magic of this season. From decorating and watching holiday movies to baking festive treats and gift giving. It may seem silly and insignificant but come January I will have plenty of time to focus on setting some serious goals.

For the time being I want to enjoy the final month of 2017 and reflect on what a wonderful year it has been. I hope you will do the same!
